When it comes to our physical state, I believe that there is no one perfect shape or form or diet.

As humans, one of our greatest attributes is our diversity. I believe that who we are is shaped by the things we eat, the way we move, and the people we share our lives with. And just like no two people are the same, no two paths to health and wellness should be either.

My journey into fitness and wellness began in the gym at just 16, driven by curiosity and a love for movement. Over the years, it’s grown into a lifelong passion — one built not just on personal achievement, but on helping others find their own strength, confidence, and vitality. I’ve learned first-hand how important form, function, and focus are, especially through my own experience overcoming sports injuries and rehabilitation. That discipline helped me stand on the podium with a gold medal at the World Powerlifting Championships, and it continues to shape how I coach today.

My Approach
I don’t believe in cookie-cutter solutions. My choices — like being vegetarian or competing at elite levels — aren’t the right fit for everyone, and that’s okay. What matters is finding the approach that works for you, tailored to your body, your goals, and your lifestyle. Whether you want to improve your fitness, refine your technique, recover after injury, or simply feel healthier and stronger, we’ll work together to set your goals, understand your “why,” and build a plan that works for you — and only you.
